How to block app tracking on iPhone?

How to block app tracking on iPhone : Have you ever found yourself browsing through your phone for any amount of time, whether it was during a movie or in the middle of a conversation, you know the that scary feeling when every screen on your phone starts to show up. You can’t help but feel like everyone is watching and judging you. But there’s a simple solution which is blocking apps from tracking activity on your phone.

Apps that track “how often or how long you use your phone” are typically apps that you know nothing about, that means there is a high chance that your phone is running one of them without your knowledge. You’ve likely never asked to be tracked, and it’s a small price to pay for a constant stream of free apps and services available on the App Store. Unfortunately, while blocking apps doesn’t really take away the functionality they provide to you, it does make it much more difficult for them to get information from your phone. In other words: you’ll be able to use all the features these apps have provided in the past, but there won’t be any data leaving your phone until you give permission.
